Along this route, conceived as a continuation of the previous one, the visitor will gain a deeper knowledge of the city. He or she will visit places that have been and, are still, points of reference for the people of Cadiz, the “Gaditanos”. Along it, you will learn about the local gastronomy, the past and the present of the city’s commercial activities, the local architecture and, of course, the event that forever marked and influenced the comtemporary history of this city: “Las Cortes” (Spainish Parliament) and the declaration of the first Spanish Consitution.
